Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a shear force sensor sheet that enables a sufficiently high detection sensitivity irrespective of the Poisson's ratio of an elastic body. [Solution] This shear force sensor sheet 1 is formed by sequentially stacking, atop a support substrate 2, a lower detection electrode 3, an elastic body 4, an upper detection electrode 5, an insulating layer 6, and a force concentrator 9. The elastic body 4 and the insulating layer 6 are formed over the entirety of the support substrate 2. The lower detection electrode 3 and the upper detection electrode 5 are formed as a plurality of belt-shaped electrodes in a pressure-sensitive area A1. The area of overlap between the upper and lower belt-shaped electrodes is changed by a sliding movement. The force concentrator 9 has at least a protrusion 9a formed so as to correspond to the upper detection electrode 5.
