Abstract:
A sheet-affixing method for affixing a sheet for an absorbent article, said method characterized by: producing a single sheet by cutting a continuous sheet having display elements repeatedly provided thereon between the display elements using a cutter part; moving the produced single sheet to a convergence location with another sheet; affixing the single sheet to the other sheet at the convergence location in a manner such that the cut rear end of the single sheet is positioned at a prescribed position on the other sheet; transporting the continuous sheet in the transport direction toward the cutter part; obtaining first shift information from a first reference position for the display elements provided on the continuous sheet; changing the speed at which the continuous sheet is transported on the basis of the first shift information; obtaining second shift information from a second reference position for the display elements provided on the single sheet; and changing the first reference position on the basis of the second shift information.
