Abstract:
A relay conveyance device (26) has: a first conveyance unit (70a) which includes a first upper conveyance guide (71), a first lower conveyance guide (73), and a conveyance member (59); a second conveyance unit (70b) which is disposed parallel to and below the first conveyance unit (70a) and includes a second upper conveyance guide (75), a second lower conveyance guide (77), and the conveyance member (59); and a device body which incorporates the first conveyance unit (70a) and the second conveyance unit (70b). The second conveyance unit (70b) can be pulled out horizontally to the front of the device body in the front-rear direction of the device body orthogonal to a sheet conveyance direction, and the second upper conveyance guide (75) has: a guide body part (75b) which can rotate vertically with respect to the main device body, a rear edge thereof acting as a rotation support shaft and a front edge thereof used as a rotation end; and a mobile guide part (75c) which is rotatably linked to the rotating end of the main guide body (75b) via a hinge part (75d).
