Abstract:
Provided is a sheet-like material holding structure comprising: a long cover film; and protruding portions provided respectively at both ends in a width direction orthogonal to a lengthwise direction of the cover film, the protruding portions protruding in a thickness direction of the cover film. The sheet-like material holding structure is used to hold a sheet-like material in a state in which the cover film and the protruding portions do not contact the sheet-like material when the protruding portions are adhered to a long carrier film on which the sheet-like material is releasably disposed, in a state in which the sheet-like material is covered by the cover film and the protruding portions.
