Abstract:
A sheet provided with a bidirectional forming micropore, and a manufacturing method therefor. The sheet comprises a base half-side (32) and a protrusive half-side (31) extending from the base half-side (32). The base half-side (32) comprises multiple recessed portions (320) extending along a first direction (33), the protrusive half-side (31) comprises multiple arris portions (311) extending along a second direction (34), and an included angle is formed between the first direction (33) and the second direction (34). A junction of every two neighboring arris portions (311) is a bottom edge (310). Holes (30) are formed at intersected positions of the bottom edges (310) and the recessed portions (320). The sheet is formed by rolling and pressing a material sheet, or is manufactured by injecting a molten base material into a mold group. The manufacturing method is simple, provides a high yield, and needs low cost, and the manufactured sheet has a tinier micropore structure.
