Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shelf device for a public restroom using a door lock. A folding shelf disposed at a door side is rotatably provided by driving a knob, a driving bevel gear shaft, and a driven bevel gear shaft. Accordingly, the folding shelf automatically descends to a horizontal state when the knob of the door lock is locked, and the folding shelf is vertically folded when the door lock is operated into a release state, so that one may leave without forgetting one's belongings that were put on the shelf in the process of opening the door. Thus, the present invention provides advantages including the effect of preventing in advance one's belongings from being lost and excellent workability in terms of installation in that the door lock and a catching member can be easily changed in position and installed with respect to the folding shelf even when the opening directions of doors are different.
