Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shell-and-multi-multi concentric-tube reactor and heat exchanger structure wherein a new type of reactor and heat exchanger is provided, which can maximize the performance of a catalyst and improve the performance of the reactor by optimizing heat exchange efficiency and heat flow, uniformly distributing a reactant, and increasing the flow rate of the reactant, and thus can achieve a small and compact structure. To this end, the present invention provides a technology for a shell-and-multi-multi concentric-tube reactor and heat exchanger structure, wherein: a shell-side heat transfer medium flows through a flow channel formed by a baffle on the shell side, and exchanges heat with the outer surface of a flow channel through which a material to be heat-exchanged flows; a flow channel for an internal heat transfer medium is inserted into the flow channel through which the material to be heat-exchanged flows; and the internal heat transfer medium passes through the inside of the flow channel through which the material to be heat-exchanged flows, whereby heat exchange with the material to be heat-exchanged is easily achieved on both the inside and outside thereof.
