Abstract:
A shell-shaped dental instrument, comprising a shell-shaped body (1) provided with a plurality of tooth receiving cavities, the shell-shaped body (1) is provided with an upper palatal arch (2) which expands or contracts the dental arch, the upper palatal arch (2) is further provided with a reinforcing part (3) that enhances the expansion force or contraction force of the upper palatal arch (2), the reinforcing part (3) is one or more reinforcing ridges that protrude from the upper palatal arch (2) and that are perpendicular to a surface of the upper palatal arch (2), and when worn, the reinforcing ridges have a stress dispersion structure that evenly distributes a force on the upper palatal arch (2). While ensuring the expansion force or contraction force of the upper palatal arch (2), the stress dispersion structure prevents stress concentration problems that occur when the upper palatal arch (2) is deformed, enabling a force application system to provide a desired force for orthodontic treatment to the teeth or dental arch while ensuring orthodontic comfort. Also comprised are a dental orthodontic kit and a dental orthodontic system of a shell-shaped dental instrument.
