The present invention waterproofs a connecting end portion of a shield pipe with respect to a shield member. A shielded electrically conducting path is provided with: a shield pipe (11) having a connecting end portion (12) that is diagonally downwardly opened; a braided wire (14) securely attached to the outer periphery of the connecting end portion (12) by means of a swaging ring (15); a plurality of electric wires (10) inserted into the shield pipe (11) and the braided wire (14); a shielding grommet (25) made of rubber surrounding a seizure region of the braided wire (14) and the swaging ring (15); a banding band (28) fixing an upper end (26) of the shielding grommet (25) to the outer periphery of the shield pipe (11) in a liquid tight manner; a synthetic-resin tube (30) surrounding the braided wire (14) and having an upper end (31) that surrounds a lower end (29) of the shielding grommet (25); and an exterior adhesive tape (32) that is wound in a liquid tight manner to extend from the outer periphery at the upper end (31) of the tube (30) to the outer periphery of the shielding grommet (25).
