The embodiments of the present invention provide a shielding connection assembly, a cable assembly and a method for preparing a cable assembly, which relate to the technical field of cables, and are used for solving the problem of a shielding connection structure of a cable being immature. The shielding connection assembly provided in the present invention is used for connecting a first shielding layer and a second shielding layer, and comprises: a conductive apparatus, a first end of which is connected to the first shielding layer, and a second end of which is connected to the second shielding layer; a first shielding embedded apparatus, which is arranged on an inner side of the first shielding layer; a first shielding external apparatus, which is arranged on an outer side of the first end; a second shielding embedded apparatus, which is arranged on an inner side of the second shielding layer; and a second shielding external apparatus, which is arranged on an outer side of the second end. The shielding connection assembly provided by the present invention can effectively connect shielding layers of two cables, which are connected to each other, such that the effective continuity of a shielding effect of the cables can be ensured.
