Abstract:
Provided are a shielding oil pad printing device for a metalized safety film and a pad printing method thereof, wherein the pad printing device comprises an oil storage tank (1), an oil pump (3), a stepper motor (4), an oil pipe (7), a heating resistance (8), a ceramic roller (10), a pattern roller (11), a connecting pipe and a base film running motor; the oil storage tank (1) is used for storing shielding oil at normal temperature; the oil storage tank (1) is connected to the oil pump (3) through the connecting pipe, the oil pump (3) is driven to operate by the stepper motor (4); the oil pipe (7) comprises an oil pipe inlet (6) and an oil pipe evaporation port (9), the oil pump (3) is connected to the oil pipe inlet (6) of the oil pipe (7) through the connecting pipe, the heating resistance (8) is used for heating the oil pipe (7) and the shielding oil pumped through the inner cavity of the oil pipe (7); the ceramic roller (10) is connected to the oil pipe evaporation port (9) of the oil pipe (7), the pattern roller (11) and the ceramic roller (10) are in contact with each other and rotate reversely, the pattern roller (11) is in contact with a base film to be pad printed and is rotated by the force of the base film running motor for driving the base film to run.
