Abstract:
A ship side light box and a ship having same. The ship side light box comprises a light box body (100) provided at the side of a ship and capable of accommodating a sidelight. An opening is formed at one side of the light box body (100) distant from the ship side. A side plate located at one side of the opening of the light box body (100) is provided with a first regulating baffle (9) capable of moving relative to the width direction of the ship, and a side plate located at the other side of the opening is provided with a second regulating baffle (10) capable of moving relative to the length direction of the chip. By providing the first regulating baffle (9) and the second regulating baffle (10), the illuminating angle of the sidelight mounted in the light box body (100) can be regulated, so that the design and arrangement of the sidelights can meet the requirements for the illuminating angle of the sidelight of the ship. Moreover, since the ship side light box is mounted at the ship side, an exit passageway on a deck would not be occupied, and thus the sight of the captain for observing the ship ahead would not be influenced.
