Abstract:
The present invention can protect the knees by adjusting the elastic force of each elastic member by using an adjustment handle protruding to the outside of a shoe to obtain the shock absorbing effect desired by a user, and can minimize financial loss caused by the necessity of a repeat purchase due to the difficulty in controlling the elastic force in conventional shoes provided with the conventional elastic member. In addition, the shock absorber can be applied to military boots rather than general athletic shoes or shoes to be effective for long-distance marches.
