Abstract:
A shock-proof breathable aluminum casing for a lithium power battery, which relates to the technical field of aluminum outer casings for lithium batteries. Inner sides of an upper aluminum casing and a lower aluminum casing are all provided with a plurality of springs, an upper fixing casing is fixedly connected to the inside of the upper aluminum casing by means of the springs and a lower fixing casing is fixedly connected to the inside of the lower aluminum casing by means of the springs; a central position directly above the upper aluminum casing and a central position directly below the lower aluminum casing are both provided with a heat dissipation hole, the inner sides of the two heat dissipation holes are both provided with a heat dissipation fan, and the two heat dissipation fans are fixedly connected to the upper aluminum casing and the lower aluminum casing, respectively. The outside of two left and right sides of the bottom part of the upper aluminum casing and the outside of two left and right sides of the top part of the lower aluminum casing are provided with connectors, wherein the upper aluminum casing is fixedly connected to the lower aluminum casing by means of the connectors and nuts, and the lithium power battery is provided inside the upper fixed aluminum casing and the lower fixed aluminum casing. The aluminum casing has a simple structure and is easy to install. Heat inside the aluminum casing is promptly removed by means of the heat dissipation fans, thereby ensuring the operating environment of the lithium power battery and improving the service life of the lithium power battery.
