Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shock tube for transmission of a detonation signal and a manufacturing method therefor. In the shock tube for transmission of a detonation signal, an inner layer portion includes a polyethylene-based resin, an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and a compatibilizer, and employs as a base resin a polyethylene-based resin higher in softening point than conventional ionomers, thus supplementing the weak rupture resistance at high and low temperatures and an inner layer part includes an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to impart stickiness and employs nylon (PA6), SBBC, MAH, etc. to improve in mechanical strength and heat resistance, whereby the shock tube has an extended operating temperature range, prevents from the inner passage from being blocked due to tube softening, and exhibits improved rupture resistance.
