Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shoe insole and a method of manufacturing same, the shoe insole having: a fabric portion sandwiched between a top panel fabric and a bottom panel fabric, and having a plurality of microfibers of 300 strands or more and having excellent elastic restoring force connected to the top panel fabric and the bottom panel fabric; an upper waterproof panel and a lower waterproof panel attached to the outer surfaces of the top panel fabric and the bottom panel fabric; a functional material, capable of emitting far-infrared rays, coated on the outer surfaces of the upper waterproof panel and the lower waterproof panel; and an air layer formed inside the fabric portion, so as to prevent the reduction of cushioning even over prolonged use of the shoe insole and promote blood circulation through the emission of far-infrared rays in order to contribute to metabolic improvement and also suppress the production of bacteria and improve hygiene. Also, the shoe insole according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: the fabric portion configured by the plurality of microfibers of 300 strands or more connected between the top panel fabric and the bottom panel fabric which are formed of multiple layers of fabric that are attached and stacked together, and formed in the shape of the rear insole of a shoe capable of supporting the rear sole of the foot or formed in the shape of the entire insole of the shoe capable of supporting the entire sole of the foot; the lower waterproof panel attached to the outer surface of the bottom panel fabric, having a lower peripheral panel formed on the periphery thereof and projecting outward along the periphery of the fabric portion, and formed of a material having flexibility; the upper waterproof panel attached to the outer surface of the top panel fabric, having an upper peripheral panel attached and coupled to the top surface of the lower peripheral panel, and formed of a material having flexibility; and an air injecting portion attached between the lower waterproof panel and the upper waterproof panel, and configured to inject air in order to form an air layer between the top panel fabric and the bottom panel fabric.
