A shoe insole capable of preventing a foot from getting musty by efficiently absorbing moisture and oil content such as sweat, being dried easily, and being used even on a bare foot, comprising a shoe insole body (1) having an extendable core material cover (3) made of cloth and an insole core material (2) insertable into and extractable from the core material cover (3), wherein an extendable insert hole (10) is formed in one face of the core material cover (3) to allow the insole core material (2) to be inserted and extracted through the insert hole (10), and the core material cover (3) is formed with proper materials such as cotton and nylon or hemp at a specified ratio and the insole core material (2) is formed with paper material of approx. 1 mm in thickness, whereby, even if the core material cover (3) becomes dirty, the cover can be used repeatedly by washing only the core material cover (3), the core material cover (3) can be put even on the bare foot since the cover is felt like socks, and the moisture and oil content such as sweat oozing from the foot can be absorbed by the core material cover (3) and the insole core material (2) to prevent the foot from getting musty.
