Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shoe midsole for walking properly, protecting joints and preventing fatigue. To that end, the shoe midsole, which is provided on the shoe outsole, according to the present invention comprises a protective body having a shape conforming to the foot of the body and a cushion member, wherein the protective body has a front hole and a heel hole corresponding respectively to the metatarsal area and the heel area of the foot, and the cushion member has a front cushion part and a heel cushion part provided to penetrate the front hole and the heel hole. The front cushion part and the heel cushion part protrude upward to form an upper front protruding part and an upper heel protruding part, wherein the upper front protruding part and the upper heel protruding part are connected into a single body by means of a bridge cushion part, and the bridge cushion part is provided with an upwardly protruding arch cushion part corresponding to the arch of the foot.
