Abstract:
Disclosed are a shoe vamp (10a) having a three-dimensional decorative pattern of polyurethane (PU) (20), a preparation method therefor and a shoe (60) made therefrom, wherein a semi-finished shoe vamp product (10) is firstly provided, and the semi-finished shoe vamp product (10) is formed into the shape of a shoe vamp and may be subjected to a processing operation to combine all or part of a substrate (50) in advance; then, at least one PU decorative unit (40) is printed on the surface of the semi-finished shoe vamp product (10), with the PU (20) acting as a 3D printing material, by using at least one 3D printing device (30), wherein the PU decorative unit (40) can, according to requirements, form a variety of diverse decorative patterns and further has a reinforcing effect with regard to the structural strength of the shoe vamp; hardening is then carried out to complete a shoe vamp (10a) having a decorative pattern of PU (20); and a shoe (60) is further made using the shoe vamp (10a). Thus, the appearance of the shoe (60) can be diversified, and the cost expenditure and trouble of setting up forming moulds necessary for various semi-finished shoe vamp products or PU decorative units in the prior art can be avoided, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the shoe vamp and shoe.
