1. | A short circuit ring securing device for a contactor, comprising: an upper base (1), a lower base (2) and a lower iron core (3) secured within the lower base (2); wherein: a caulking groove (4) is provided on the upper end face of said lower iron core (3) , and a short circuit ring (5) is disposed within the caulking groove (4); a pressing rib (6) which extends downwardly is provided within the upper base (1) , and the lower end of the pressing rib (6) abuts against the short circuit ring (5) . |
2. | A short circuit ring securing device for a contactor according to claim 1, wherein the pressing rib (6) presses on the outer side edge of the short circuit ring (5) of the lower iron core (3), acting as a securing means. |
3. | A contactor comprising a short circuit ring securing device according to claim 1 or 2. |
Technical Field
The present application relates to a short circuit ring securing device for a contactor.
Background Art
The dedicated contactor in the prior art typically includes a base, a bottom plate secured on the base, a magnetic yoke, a coil, an armature, a contact support, a moving contact and a static contact, a static touch panel, a cover, which are assembled within the base, and a short circuit ring provided within a magnetic yoke groove. The disadvantages of this commonly used structure are: the short circuit ring is secured within the magnetic yoke groove by means of silicon rubber casting, epoxy resin casting or riveting and press, so it is difficult to machine and it is easy to break during use .
Summary
The object of the present application is to provide a short circuit ring securing device for a contactor. The short circuit ring of the contactor is secured within the caulking groove of the lower iron core by the pressing rib of the upper base. This structure avoids the problems of complicated processes caused by the traditional structure which uses riveting and press, epoxy resin casting or silicon rubber casting, and reasonably reinforces the upper base.
The technical solution of the present application is a short circuit ring securing device for a contactor, which includes an upper base, a lower base and a lower iron core secured within the lower base. A caulking groove is provided on the upper end face of said lower iron core, and a short circuit ring is disposed within the caulking groove. A pressing rib which extends downwardly is provided within the upper base, and the lower end of the pressing rib abuts against the short circuit ring.
A further technical solution of the present application is a short circuit ring securing device for a contactor, which includes an upper base, a lower base and a lower iron core secured within the lower base. A caulking groove is provided on the upper end face of said lower iron core, and a short circuit ring is disposed within the caulking groove. A pressing rib which extends downwardly is provided within the upper base, and the lower end of the pressing rib abuts against the short circuit ring. The pressing rib of said upper base presses on the outer side edge of the short circuit ring of the lower iron core, acting as a securing means .
Advantages of the invention The advantages of the present application are:
1. The short circuit ring of the present application is secured within the caulking groove of the lower iron core by the pressing rib of the upper base. This structure avoids the problems of complicated processes caused by the traditional structure which uses riveting and press, epoxy resin casting or silicon rubber casting, and reasonably reenforces the upper base.
2. The short circuit ring of the present application is secured within the caulking groove of the lower iron core by the pressing rib of the upper base, thus preventing the short circuit ring from breaking, and increasing the useful life of the contactor.
Description of the Drawings
The present application is described in details as follows, with reference to the drawings and examples.
Figure 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the present application;
Figure 2 is a perspective view of the present application; wherein, 1 upper base; 2 lower base; 3 lower iron
core; 4 caulking groove; 5 short circuit ring; 6 pressing rib.
Detailed description of the Preferred Embodiments
As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a short circuit ring securing device for a contactor, comprising: an upper base (1), a lower base (2) and a lower iron core (3) secured within the lower base (2) . A caulking groove (4) is provided on the upper end face of said lower iron core (3) , a short circuit ring (5) is disposed within the caulking groove (4), a pressing rib (6) which extends downwardly is provided within the upper base (1) , the lower end of the pressing rib (6) abuts against the short circuit ring (5) and the pressing rib (6) presses on the outer side edge of the short circuit ring (5) disposed within the upper end face (4) of the lower iron core (3), acting as a securing means.
The short circuit ring (5) of the present application is pressed within the caulking groove (4) of the lower iron core (3) by the pressing rib (6) of the upper base (1) . This structure avoids the problems of complicated processes caused by the traditional structure which uses riveting and press, epoxy resin casting or silicon rubber casting, and reasonably reinforces. This structure serves as dustproof and simplifies the assembly process, preventing the short circuit ring from breaking and increasing the useful life of the contactor.
