Abstract:
A short in vivo half-life and in vivo unstable recombinant microplasmin can be a mutant type and wild type which is expressed in a bacteria host, purified, refolded and purified in case expressed as an insoluble inclusion body. The microplasmin can be produced as an active thrombolytic agent. Provided herein are the pharmaceutical composition comprising the recombinant microplasmin and method of treating thromboembolism related diseases including the administration of the pharmaceutical composition.
