Abstract:
The present invention relates to a short message supervision method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a message sent from an external network element to a present area; and extracting relevant characteristic information of the message from the message according to a pre-configured policy, judging the message, and delivering the message to a present area VMSC according to a judgment result, or returning a true user IMSI and a GT address of the VMSC, or rejecting termination to the present area VMSC. The present invention adjusts part of routing policies on the basis of an existing network, and realizes unified supervision for messages delivered to a present area via a signaling domain.
