Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of restoring the information fixed to a medium placed into a shredder. The read unit 111 of a scanner device 11 reads the information fixed to a medium P by printing, etc. A transmission control unit 122 executes the control of transmitting, to a server 2, the information of the medium P acquired in the form of digital image data. An information acquisition unit 201 acquires the information (digital image data) transmitted from a shredder 1. An information management unit 202 stores the information acquired by the information acquisition unit 201 in an acquired information database 40 in such a way as to be identified as the information of the medium P so as to be managed to be capable of being read out as the information of the medium P. An information readout unit 203 acquires a readout indication transmitted from an observer terminal 3. Then, the information readout unit 203 reads the information of the medium P out of the acquired information database 40 via the information management unit 202. The problem is solved thereby.
