Abstract:
A shunt device (100) for reverse circulation gas-based drilling comprises: an upper connector (1) connected to a two-walled drilling rod (55); an inner pipe (2) provided in the upper connector (1), wherein the inner pipe (2) defines a first channel (60) communicating with an inner cavity (64) of the two-walled drilling rod (55), and a second channel (62) communicating with an annular space (23) in the two-walled drilling rod (55) is formed between the inner pipe (2) and the upper connector (1); a lower connector (10), wherein an upper end of the lower connector (10) is fixedly connected to the upper connector (1), and a lower end is connected to a drilling tool (25); and a flow guide body (15) provided between the upper connector (1) and the lower connector (10), and used to cause gas coming from the annular space (23) of the two-walled drilling rod (55) and flowing through the second channel (62) to enter the drilling tool (25), and cause gas coming from the drilling tool (25) to return to a well head through the first channel (60) and the inner cavity (64) of the two-walled drilling rod (55). A flexible sealing mechanism (50) is provided outside the upper connector (1). The upper connector (1) can rotate relative to the flexible sealing mechanism (50). The flexible sealing mechanism (50) extends radially outwards relative to the upper connector (1) and the lower connector (10), and contacts a well wall (24) in a sealed manner. The flexible sealing mechanism (50) is provided to block an underground annular space, so as to increase a gap between the lower connector (10) and the well wall (24), thereby preventing a drilling tool from being jammed at the shunting device (100).
