Abstract:

Provided is a shutter piece in a food shaping device in which an enclosure surrounded by a plurality of shutter pieces is openable and closable, wherein: the shutter piece is provided with a deflection allowance part (39) between a center of rotation position (0) in the shutter piece (19) and a tip part (35) of the shutter piece (19) for allowing deflection of a tip side portion (43) of the shutter piece (19) toward the opposite direction from a closing operation direction during the closing operation of the shutter piece (19); the deflection allowance part (39) is constituted of a slit (41), a cutaway part (45), or a hole; and to adjust the amount of deflection of the tip side portion (43) of the shutter piece (19), a deflection adjustment mechanism is provided on the deflection allowance part (39).
