Abstract:
Disclosed is a SiC diesel particulate filter. First, a terpene resin, turpentine, diesel, and diethyl phthalate are sheared and prepared into a forming agent, then, as raw materials, SiC powder, a metal silicon powder, and the forming agent are mixed, dried, extruded, formed and sintered under control to complete the process. The SiC diesel particulate filter produced in the present invention has the advantages of high strength, excellent chemical and thermal stability, being easy to form, and specifically allowing the implementation of an ultrathin wall thickness, and provides important promotion and application values.
