Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a SiC smoke particle collector. First, silicon carbide powder, silica powder, a pore-forming agent, a binder and a polyacrylate-based emulsion are used as primary raw materials, and then acidification treatment and surfactant stirring treatment are performed successively to prepare a SiC-based slurry, which is then subjected to casting, drying and sintering. The SiC smoke particle collector of the present invention has the advantages such as high purity, high strength at high temperatures, stable structure and easy molding. It can not only effectively remove fine particle content from exhaust gas and improve dust removal efficiency, but can also remove oxides and nitrides from exhaust gas and prolong service life; it is suitable for popularization and application.
