Abstract:
A side-lit structure (100), and an intelligent terminal and method for manufacturing same. The side-lit structure (100) of the intelligent terminal comprises an upper cover (110), a rear housing (120), and a metal side (130) provided between the upper cover (110) and the rear housing (120). The side-lit structure (100) further comprises: a slot (131) formed on the metal side (130) to communicate an accommodating space formed between the upper cover (110) and the rear housing (120) to the outside; a first filling plastic (132) annularly injected on the inner wall of the slot (131) and bound to the metal side (130); a second filling plastic (133) comprising a filling portion (134) and a support portion (135) which are integrally formed, the filling portion (134) filling the space formed by the first filling plastic (132) and the support portion (135) being provided in the accommodating space; and a light emitting assembly fixedly provided on the support portion (135), the emergent light of the light emitting assembly being transmitted to the outside of the side-lit structure (100) by means of the second filling plastic (133). The technical solution implements a light-emitting interaction effect on a side of an intelligent terminal for a user, and can also improve the signal intensity of an antenna.
