Title:
SIDE PANEL FOR USE IN PARENT-CHILD VANE PUMP AND DOUBLE ACTING PARENT-CHILD VANE PUMP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/166045
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A side panel for use in a parent-child vane pump and the double-acting parent-child vane pump, comprising a fluid suction window (43) in communication with a low-pressure cavity (11) and a fluid pressurizing window (44) in communication with a high-pressure cavity (52) that are positioned on the outer periphery; a low-pressure groove (45) and a high-pressure groove (46) that are positioned on the inner periphery and correspond respectively to the fluid suction window (43) and the fluid pressurizing window (44); and a high-pressure fluid groove (47) provided between the outer periphery and the inner periphery and in communication with the high-pressure cavity (52); the high-pressure fluid groove (47) being in communication with the high-pressure groove (46) via a balancing groove (473); and the high-pressure fluid groove (47) being in communication with the high-pressure cavity (52) via a damping fluid channel (471). With the balancing groove (473) provided between the high-pressure fluid groove (47) and the high-pressure groove (46) of the side panel (4), the high pressure that occurs when a parent vane (321) is located at the position of a fluid pressuring stop point is effectively balanced, thus reducing wears and tears of a fluid pressuring area on the surface of an inner cavity of a stator (2) when located at the position.
