Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a technique for an operation for processing a sidelink communication failure, and the present embodiments may provide a device, and a method by which a terminal performs sidelink communication in an unlicensed band, the method comprising the steps of: configuring a parameter for detecting a sidelink-specific consistent listen before talk (LBT) failure; detecting a sidelink-specific consistent LBT failure by using the parameter; and transmitting the sidelink-specific consistent LBT failure to a base station.
