Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a signal amplification circuit, comprising an amplification unit and a bias current source having a bias current set at a nano-ampere level; one end of the bias current source is connected to a bias current input end of the amplification unit, and the other end of the bias current source is grounded; the amplification unit is used for acquiring, by means of the bias current input end, the bias current at the nano-ampere level and determining an amplification operating point according to the bias current at the nano-ampere level, so as to maintain the working state of the amplification unit. The present application can work in an ultra-low power consumption state.
