Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a signal processing apparatus and an augmented reality apparatus for a vehicle having same. The signal processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a memory that stores map data; and a processor that generates a graphic overlay on the basis of camera data or map data from a camera or sensor data from a sensor device, wherein the processor: executes a plurality of virtual machines on a hypervisor that is executed; detects an object from the camera data via a first engine executed in any one virtual machine from among the plurality of virtual machines; transmits the detected object to a second engine via a hypervisor-based shared memory; and generates and outputs, on the basis of the detected object, a graphic overlay via the second engine executed in some virtual machines from among the plurality of virtual machines. Accordingly, an augmented reality-based graphic overlay may be quickly provided.
