Abstract:
A signal processing device of construction machinery, comprising a body controller (70A) having a correction control part (70Ab) calculating a torque correction value based on signals detected by environment sensors (75) to (83) and correcting the maximum absorbing torque of a hydraulic pump controlled by a basic control part (70Aa) and an engine controller (70B) having a correction control part (70Bb) calculating an injection correction value based on signals detected by the environment sensors (75) to (83) and correcting the fuel injection state of a fuel injector (14) controlled by a basic control part (70Ba), the controllers (70A) and (70B) further comprising calculation element change parts (171) and (181), wherein a communication controller (70C) downloads changed data obtained from an external terminal (150) in the calculation element change parts (171) and (181) and changes applicable calculation elements contained in the correction control parts (70Ab) and (70Bb), whereby the maximum absorbing torque of the hydraulic pump or the fuel injection state of the fuel injector can be properly corrected in any environment to sufficiently develop the performance of the construction machinery.
