Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve accuracy of rolling shutter distortion correction with regard to a captured image. Posture information corresponding to a line of an input image is calculated. Then, a first imaginary line, which is a line in a line direction of the input image having the same posture information calculated is rotated in accordance with the posture information to thereby obtain a second imaginary line on an output image. In regard to each pixel of the output image, the corresponding second imaginary line is calculated, and posture information is obtained on the basis of the corresponding second imaginary line. Then, in regard of each pixel coordinate of the output image, a reference coordinate on the input image corresponding to the pixel coordinate is calculated using the associated posture information. By cutting the output image from the input image on the basis of the reference pixel, even when camera postures differ depending on the line, distortion correction with high accuracy is to be realized.
