Abstract:
This signal processing device comprises a motion determination unit which determines whether there is motion, and a reference value determination unit which determines a reference value for determining a correction gain for correcting flicker. The reference value determination unit determines, as the reference value and in accordance with the result of determination made by the motion determination unit, one of a first reference value and a second reference value which is closer to the luminance of a predetermined frame than the first reference value.
