Abstract:
This signal processing device, which effectively detects sudden changes in a signal, particularly sudden changes differing from an ideal pulse, is provided with: a conversion means that converts an input signal to a phase component signal in a frequency region; a first calculation means that calculates the phase tilt with respect to the frequency in a plurality of frequencies of the phase component signal as a first phase tilt; a weighting means that calculates a weighted first phase tilt by weighting the first phase tilt in the plurality of frequencies by the amplitude or power of the frequency; a second calculation means that calculates a second phase tilt on the basis of the weighted first phase tilt; and a determination means that determines the possibility of the existence of a sudden change of the input signal on the basis of the first phase tilt and the second phase tilt.
