Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a signal processing device and a signal processing method, allowing the phase of an output signal of the signal processing device to be more stable in an on/off state switching process. The signal processing device of the present application comprises: a phase locking loop, a local oscillator signal link, and a controller. An output end of the phase locking loop is connected respectively to a first input end of the local oscillator signal link and an input end of the controller. An output end of the controller is connected to a second input end of the local oscillator signal link. The phase locking loop is used for outputting a first local oscillator signal to the local oscillator signal link and the controller. The local oscillator signal link is used for frequency-division processing of the first local oscillator signal to generate a second local oscillator signal. The controller is used for outputting a control signal to the local oscillator signal link on the basis of the first local oscillator signal. The control signal is used for controlling the turning on or turning off of the local oscillator signal link.
