The present disclosure provides signal processing devices, systems and method, and a signal transmission subsystem and system, and relates to the technical field of optical communications. A signal processing device comprises: a first photoelectric conversion module, used for receiving an optical signal to be sent, converting said optical signal into an electric signal to be sent, and transmitting said electric signal to a second photoelectric conversion module, said optical signal being sent by a time synchronization device; and a second photoelectric conversion module, used for converting said electric signal into a first optical signal having a preset frequency, and sending the first optical signal to a first optical path coupling device, so that the first optical path coupling device couples the first optical signal to an optical signal transmission line for transmission. The present disclosure provides a processing solution for a time synchronization signal, which improves the accuracy of a transmitted time synchronization signal.
