Abstract:
A signal processor for a shape meter of cold-rolled strip, comprising a rotary head (1) and a cover (2), wherein an excitation power source board (3), an analogue acquisition board (4), a data processing board (5) and a wireless sending board (6) are mounted inside the rotary head (1); an electric connector (7) is mounted at one end of the rotary head (1), and an inner magnetic ring (8) is sheathed on the other end; the rotary head (1) is nested inside the cover (2); a wireless receiving board (10), a voltage regulation circuit board (11) and an outer magnetic ring (12) are mounted on an inner wall of the cover (2); a junction box (13) is mounted on an outer wall of the cover (2), and a communication cable (15) and a high-frequency power supply cable (14) are introduced from the junction box (13); and the high-frequency power supply cable (14) is connected to the voltage regulation circuit board (11) and the outer magnetic ring (12) via the junction box (13), the voltage regulation circuit board (11) supplies power to the wireless receiving board (10), the outer magnetic ring (12) supplies power to the inner magnetic ring (8), the inner magnetic ring (8) is connected to and supplies power to the excitation power source board (3), an excitation signal is forwarded to a detection roller (18) via the electric connector (7) for providing a stimulation signal to a sensor, and power supply voltages with different amplitudes supply electric energy to each of the boards (3, 4, 5, 6) of the rotary head (1). The signal processor is simple for maintenance and has high reliability, good anti-interference performance and long service life.
