Abstract:
An aspect of the present invention relates to a signal transmission device that performs differential transmission, the signal transmission device comprising: an information processing circuit that performs processing of various information related to differential transmission; and a power supply circuit including a voltage output circuit that outputs a first application voltage to a first signal wire and outputs a second application voltage to a second signal wire. The information processing circuit includes an output voltage determination unit that determines an instruction value for at least one of the first application voltage and the second application voltage applied by the power supply circuit, and delivers the determined instruction value to the power supply circuit. The power supply circuit has an output voltage adjustment function for adjusting a parameter of the voltage output circuit so that the first application voltage and the second application voltage reflecting the received instruction value are output to the first signal wire and the second signal wire.
