Abstract:
Disclosed are a signal transmission method and a device, for achieving combined 5G sidelink and 5G Uu link joint positioning, and accordingly improving 5G sidelink-based positioning accuracy. An embodiment of the present disclosure provides the signal transmission method on a terminal side, and the method comprises: sending, via a sidelink between a first terminal and a second terminal, a first sidelink positioning reference signal (SPRS) to the second terminal, and receiving a second SPRS sent by the second terminal; performing, on the basis of the second SPRS, a positioning measurement so as to obtain a first positioning measurement value; reporting the first positioning measurement value to a network side; and receiving a second positioning measurement value forwarded by the network side, wherein the second positioning measurement value is obtained by the second terminal performing a positioning measurement on the basis of the first SPRS.
