Provided is a silencer-equipped air duct which makes it possible to improve silencing performance for low-frequency sounds while suppressing increase in size.　This silencer-equipped air duct is configured by disposing a silencer at an intermediate position of the air duct, wherein: the silencer comprises a silencer main body and a conversion mechanism that is housed within the silencer main body and coverts sound energy into heat energy; the air duct comprises a first air duct part formed within the silencer main body, a second air duct part located on the upstream side from the first air duct part, and a third air duct part located on the downstream side from the first air duct part; the acoustic impedance density of the internal space of the silencer main body is lower than the acoustic impedance densities of the respective internal spaces of the second air duct part and the third air duct part; and -1.97 < log10(αE/λ) < 0.76 is satisfied where αE is an effective propagation length determined on the basis of the characteristic of a sound wave propagation space within the silencer main body, and λ is the wavelength of sound of a frequency which is determined on the basis of the length of the first air duct part and at which the silencer main body resonates.
