Disclosed is a silencing and purification apparatus for a central air conditioner. A circulation pipeline (2) is arranged inside a central air conditioner main unit (1); a compressor (6) is arranged at the top of the circulation pipeline (2); a condenser (5) is arranged on the left side within the circulation pipeline; an evaporator (7) is arranged on the right side within the circulating pipeline; a first cooling pump (8) is arranged on the left side of the circulating pipeline; a cooling pipeline (11) is arranged at the bottom of the first cooling pump (8); a cooling tower (10) is arranged on the right side of the cooling pipeline (11); a valve (14) is arranged at the bottom of the evaporator (7); a second cooling pump (9) is arranged on the right side of the valve (14); a silencing apparatus (4) is arranged at the bottom of the second cooling pump (9); a fan (3) is arranged at the bottom of the silencing apparatus (4); a connecting shaft (17) is arranged on the left side of the fan (3); an air outlet (26) is provided in the right side of the fan; and an electric motor (15) is arranged on the left side of the connecting shaft (17). The apparatus has a simple structure, strong practicability, and is easy to achieve.
