Abstract:
A silicon-based lithium storage material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: providing a porous base core comprising a carbon element and an oxygen element; forming elemental silicon and amorphous silicon-nitrogen compounds in the pores of the porous base core by using a nitrogen source gas and a silicon source gas by means of a plasma chemical vapor deposition process; and forming a carbon coating layer on the surface of the porous base core. The silicon-based lithium storage material not only has a high capacity, but also can achieve fast charging performance and cycle performance; in addition, the preparation method for the silicon-based lithium storage material is simple and can be directly used for large-scale production.
