Abstract:
Disclosed is a silicon carbide ceramic membrane ultrafiltration apparatus, which comprises a bottom plate, support frames are fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the bottom plate, three horizontal plates are fixedly mounted from top to bottom within an area formed by four support frames, fixing knobs are fixedly mounted on outer surfaces of the support frames, a coarse filtration tank is fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the top horizontal plate, a first ultrafiltration tank is fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the middle layer horizontal plate, and a second ultrafiltration tank is fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the bottom layer horizontal plate. By means of vertically mounting, from top to bottom, the coarse filtration tank, the first ultrafiltration tank, and the second ultrafiltration tank on the support frames on the upper surface of the bottom plate by means of the fixing knobs, the silicon carbide ceramic membrane ultrafiltration apparatus of the present invention can effectively reduce the area occupied by an apparatus, solving the problem where a current ultrafiltration apparatus occupies an excessively large area, and the coarse filtration tank, the first ultrafiltration tank, and the second ultrafiltration tank are connected to the horizontal plates by means of fixing bolts, which facilitates convenient disassembly of the apparatus.
