Abstract:
Provided are a novel silicon-phospho-aluminum molecular sieve, preparation method and application thereof. The molecular sieve has a schematic chemical composition in molar ratio mSiO 2·Al 2O 3·nP 2O 5, wherein m represents the ratio of silicon to aluminum and is in the range of about 0.005-0.15, and n represents the ratio of phosphorus to aluminum, and is in the range of about 0.7-1.1. The preparation method thereof comprises mixing a silicon source, an aluminum source, a phosphorus source, an organic substance R and water in proportion to obtain a synthetic mother liquor; crystallizing the synthetic mother liquor to obtain a molecular sieve precursor; calcining the precursor to obtain a molecular sieve. The molecular sieve has a unique X-ray diffraction pattern and can be used as an adsorbent, a catalyst or a catalyst support.
