Abstract:
A silicone elastomer comprises: a first layer being polyurethane; a second layer being silicon rubber; and an intermediate layer coated between the second layer and an end surface of the first layer. The intermediate layer is cured after separate additive reactions with the first layer and the second layer, such that the intermediate layer is tightly bonded with the first layer and the second layer. Another end surface of the first layer is for bonding with a substrate. The substrate is a textile material or a conductive material, and the substrate may have, according to usage requirements, hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties, an anti-microbial effect, electrical conductivity, or functions for circuit printing, digital printing, or film coating.
