Abstract:
The present invention relates to a silicone pot for a cooking equipment using indirect heat, such as an air fryer or an oven, the silicone pot being disposed in an inner cylinder (30) of which the bottom is usually formed in a perforated plate shape in an outer cylinder (20) that is retractably inserted into an inner space of a main body, and being configured to receive food to be cooked. The silicone pot comprises a bottom portion (11) and a side wall (12) formed upward from the outside of the bottom portion(11), and is formed of flexible heat-resistant silicone, wherein the bottom portion (11) comprises a plurality of protrusions (111) which protrude upward so as to support food in a state of being spaced apart from the bottom, and the bottom portion (11) is characterized by comprising a recess (114) which is formed in an annular shape at a radially outer end connected to the side wall (12) so as to receive oil generated during cooking of food. Accordingly, as the food to be cooked is supported and spaced apart from the bottom of the silicone pot by means of the protrusions projecting upward from the bottom of the silicone pot, the oil generated from the food to be cooked does not adhere to the food to be cooked, such that the food can be crisply baked. In particular, the center portion is higher than the radial outside, such that the oil generated from the food to be cooked flows into the recess on the outside and is accommodated, whereby the oil does not adhere to the inner cylinder or outer cylinder. In addition, a protruding portion which partially protrudes so as to be inclined downward is formed on the inner side of the side wall, so as to minimize a contact portion between the cooked food and the wall surface, thereby eliminating the need to clean the inner cylinder and outer cylinder and thus having an effect of improving the convenience of use.
