Abstract:
A silk-screen printing device and a silk-screen printing method. The silk-screen printing device comprises a silk-screen board (1) and a power applying device (2). The silk-screen board (1) comprises a conductive silk screen (11). The power applying device (2) is electrically connected to the conductive silk screen (11); and the power applying device (2) is used for applying a voltage to the conductive silk screen (11). The silk-screen printing method comprises: rubbing a silk-screen board using a printing head to print ink on a print substrate, the silk-screen board comprising a conductive silk screen; and applying a positive voltage or a negative voltage to the conductive silk screen during the silk-screen printing process. According to the silk-screen printing device and the silk-screen printing method, static electricity can be prevented.
