Abstract:
The invention concerns a device automatically triggering the sending of an SMS message to a processing centre on the basis of a television remote control infrared signal. The invention aims at providing information easily to a legal entity or a physical person, for example a television channel, an advertiser, concerning a viewer's choice. The device or apparatus consists of four main elements, namely a television set (9), connected to a video signal decoder (4) via a cable (10); a television remote control (8); a box (1) wherein there is a infrared receiver (2), a video signal decoder (4), a transmitter (6) and a storage unit (7), the whole set connected to a control logic (3); an antenna (11). The inventive device or apparatus is particularly designed to enable interaction between the viewer and the advertisers.
